California Attorney General Rob Bonta and 10 district attorneys announced a settlement with a health and pharmaceutical company after the AG’s office sued the company in 2018 for unsafe levels of lead in its infant and toddler formula. The settlement required the company to adhere to an even stricter limit for lead levels in its products than federal regulations required.
