California AG Secured Decision against Company for Pesticide Drift

California Attorney General Rob Bonta, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, and San Joaquin County District Attorney announced a decision from a county court against Alpine Helicopter Service, Inc for violating laws prohibiting pesticide drift. The court ordered a trial to determine the penalties Alpine will owe for its damage to public health and the environment.
