Eight AGs Asked EPA to Consider National Ambient Air Quality Standards for GHGs

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison co-led a coalition of 8 AGs in a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) urging them to adopt National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for GHGs. This would require all 50 states to develop a comprehensive climate action plan specifically designed for their state.
