Eight AGs Asked EPA to Consider National Ambient Air Quality Standards for GHG’s

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison co-led a coalition of 8 state and territorial AGs in a letter to the EPA urging them to adopt National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for GHG’s. This would require all 50 states to develop a comprehensive climate action plan specifically designed for their state.
