Minnesota AG Successfully Defended State’s Clean Car Rule

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison successfully defended the implementation of the state’s Clean Car Rule. On January 30, a Minnesota Court of Appeals panel upheld Minnesota’s Clean Car Rule rejecting an auto industry group’s arguments that the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency had acted outside its authority by “delegating rulemaking to another state.”
