District of Columbia AG Filed Lawsuit against Developer for Water Pollution

District of Columbia Attorney General Karl Racine filed a complaint against South Capitol Improvement, LLC, a developer and owner of an affordable housing complex for discharging water containing toxic pollutants into a nearby storm sewer system and failing to comply with its permit for the discharge.
