Washington AG Secured $2.5 Million in Damages from Amazon for Unlawful Selling of Pesticides

Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced that Amazon will pay $2.5 million for selling regulated pesticides without a license or maintaining records about the use of the pesticides, both of which are required by law. The company will also be required to obtain a license for further sale of the regulated pesticides.
