MARCH 18, 2019
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra led a coalition of 20 state attorneys general in submitting comments urging the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to withdraw its proposal to roll back emissions standards for new, modified and reconstructed coal-fired power plants.
