Ohio AG Stopped Sanitation Company from Damaging State’s Largest Creek

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost filed a temporary restraining order to stop a sanitation company from further polluting and dumping an illegal amount of waste in Raccoon Creek, near New Plymouth, Ohio after the company, A2Z, dumped more than twice the allowable sewage and restaurant grease it had collected from June 2020 to June 2021.
