JANUARY 29, 2019
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra led a coalition of state attorneys general in filing an amicus brief in support of a series of climate liability lawsuits filed by six California counties and cities in an attempt to hold fossil fuel producers accountable for the cost of their actions under state law.
