California AG Challenged Warehouse Project Under CA Environmental Quality Act

California Attorney General Rob Bonta filed a lawsuit against the City of Fontana to challenge the approval of a warehouse project located in an area that is already overburdened by unhealthy air pollution. In the petition, AG Bonta argued that the City of Fontana did not analyze, disclose, or mitigate the environmental impacts of Slover and Oleander Warehouse Project, which is adjacent to a public high school, to the extent that the California Environmental Quality Act requires.
